1. Please download the tool

2. Unplug all units from the PC, expect the one that is showing the problem.

3. Simply follow the onscreen instructions when you run the recovery tool. MAKE SURE that the unit will stay connected on during the whole process, and MAKE SURE that you won't inadvertently stop before the process is complete.

4. Disconnect and reconnect the unit one last time, after the process is complete, and let us know if the unit now works.
